Our project was a gut remodel of a 1400 sq ft 2 BR/2.5 BA unit in a South End brownstone. The result was stunning and beyond my expectation. Two years later I still come home and wonder how I ended up with such a perfect result!

There were highly complex and disruptive changes that needed to be completed while my neighbors were living in the building. The entire Benjamin team worked hard to communicate and collaborate with my neighbors, while working closely with me and the rest of renovation team on the varying complexities.

The most impressive aspect of working with Benjamin Construction is how much they care. I often felt that John and his team treated my renovation as if they were working on a family member's home. Their attention to quality and detail - and even my personal concerns - were evident throughout the project.
